I’ve been messing around with different AI tools for drawing references, and now I’m curious if anyone here has actually used Undress specifically for artistic anatomy studies. I’m not talking about anything weird — just trying to understand how accurate the body outlines and proportions come out when the clothing is digitally removed. Sometimes these AI systems smooth things too much or randomly warp limbs, so before I rely on it for sketches I’d love to hear if someone has real experience with it.

I tried it a few times for quick pose breakdowns, mostly because I was curious if the structure underneath matched the actual person, and honestly it varies quite a bit depending on the photo. When I upload something through undress ai the output is usually clean, but not always perfect for precise anatomy — sometimes the torso looks more stylized or the shading flattens out details I’d normally rely on when blocking shapes. But if you use it as a loose guide rather than an absolute reference, especially for gesture or silhouette work, it can save time. I also noticed that clearer lighting helps a lot, since the tool seems to “guess” less aggressively in those cases. And definitely double-check hands and shoulders; those were the parts that tended to look a bit too soft or simplified in my tests.

I haven’t used it heavily, but the few images I ran through looked okay for rough sketching, especially when I only needed the general form instead of strict accuracy. I guess it’s like any AI reference tool — good for speed, not perfect for detailed anatomy studies.
