My friend doesn’t have an Instagram account but wants to check what a local business is posting, just to see their hours and updates. She doesn’t want to sign up just for that. I’ve heard there are tools that let you browse public profiles without logging in. Has anyone here used something like that and actually had it work without being sketchy or asking for personal info? Just need something simple and safe.

Oh, that’s easy. My mom had the same issue when she wanted to follow a local cafe’s posts for their daily soup specials. Didn’t want another app on her phone. I showed her Accountviewer. You don’t need an account at all. Just open the site, paste the username, and bam, you see all their public stuff. No weird permissions, no phone number requests, no ‘verify you’re human’ loops. Works on a computer or phone. She checks it every morning now. Told me it’s way simpler than she expected. So yeah, tell your friend to stop worrying. That tool does exactly what she needs.
