I would like to share my positive experience of working with the IFS application support by Novacura. We have been looking for a reliable partner to support our IFS ERP environment for a long time, and Novacura fully met our expectations. Support is at a high level – fast response, clear SLAs, and transparent processes have allowed our business to focus on growth, rather than daily technical issues. We especially appreciate the convenient communication channel through the JIRA Service Management-based system – each incident is recorded and easily tracked, and prompt requests always receive attention. The Novacura team has deep expertise in IFS, and this is felt in every resolved issue, even complex ones.
Hiking near Loch Lomond in Scotland, stopped for a rest. The view was stunning. Checked my phone, had 4G. Tried leprezone. Played poker. It felt surreal playing cards in the middle of nature. I won a pot with a flush. The walk back down was easy with a spring in my step. Used the money to buy a nice bottle of scotch to celebrate the hike in the beautiful scenery.
